OUR RESPONSIVE COVID-19 MEASURES

Covid+ER (exercise relief)

Our COVID-19 response has been 2-fold: Coping and Safety. On the coping front, we introduced Covid+ER (EXERCISE RELIEF), an initiative launched to provide both financial and exercise relief through low-cost pro-rated gym packages. This is ideal for gym goers who cannot afford full gym access membership packages for COVID-related reasons: job loss, pay cuts, depleted savings, etc.

Exercise is arguably the tip of the self-care spear and has proven to provide crucial protection against both the physical and psychological threats the came with the pandemic:

There is evidence that suggests regular exercise helps you fall asleep faster and improves sleep quality — and getting a good night’s sleep has also been found to boost your immune system.

Covid+ER packages are conditional and provide pro-rated gym access at a range of affordable rates. Packages require a minimum 3-month commitment or monthly recurring payments via your payment method of choice.

Electrostatic Disinfection

On the safety front, we introduced stringent protocols backed up by consequences that assure both enforcement and compliance:

  • No Mask No Entry!
  • Temperature checks upon entry
  • Disinfect hands upon entry and exit of the facility
  • Disinfect items before and after usage.
  • Use towels on mats, machines, and benches.
  • Social distance training only (6 to 7 square feet each)
  • Cashless & Contactless transactions only
  • Daily Electrostatic Disinfection

Schedule/appointment-based training was a part of our business model from inception and serves as a great means of complying with in-gym social distancing protocols while maintaining healthy operating capacity, which in turn places us at less risk of closure due to loss of revenue. Last but not least was the introduction of Electrostatic Disinfection as an additional layer of protection to keep you safe during our fight against COVID-19.

The result has been phenomenal. Since the re-opening of gyms in St. Lucia, members have chosen us as the safest option. Not only are members returning, but they’re referring their friends and bringing their kids to train with us. Supportive Staff & Expert Trainers

We aim to help consumers enjoy a better gym experience. Therefore, we set out to be different by making every gym visit a supportive experience. From day one, you’ll meet with a coach for a consultation and assessment to gauge your needs and set up your personalized fitness plan for the first month. We want to know what you’re all about (your goals, strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, injuries, health issues, eating habits, etc.) so that we can best advise and guide you throughout your membership with us. Subsequent visits are supported by staff walking the gym floor keen to assist you. We want to make sure that you’re doing it right, using it right, getting results, and avoiding injury. Pre and post-workout nutrition are vitally important to fitness success. Our health bar offers both pre and post-workout nutrition support: pre and post-workout supplement drinks, protein shakes, smoothies, snack packs, and more at very affordable prices.

Our Premium membership package is inclusive of FREE classes, FREE meal plans, FREE fitness plans, and FREE personal training assistance. This is value-added memberships ensure that you get the support you need at a price that you can afford for as long as it takes for you to achieve fitness success.

Because of our training by appointment only business model, we are able to control how many members train at the same time. This means that we are never overcrowded, never understaffed, and you never have to wait in line to use your favorite piece of equipment or wait too long for staff support.

As our mission from inception was to continuously make personal training more affordable and accessible for the average gym-goer, we now offer some of the lowest personal training rates in the market: $25 per person per session for small group personal training; $35 per person per session for semi-private personal training; and $45 per person per session for private personal training.

In the current COVID-19 era, online training has become a critical aspect of fitness maintenance and goal achievement. We support this effort by enabling you to switch from gym based training to online training at no additional cost.

Our membership packages vary in price but starts at $75 per month – the lowest in the market for membership at a gym of comparable quality.

In the current COVID economy, it is unmistakable that people don’t want to touch cash, coins, papers or anything that transmits viruses. As such we offer both cashless and contactless payment options to further safeguard patrons from the spread of the virus. These include payment via credit/debit card, direct debit from your account of choice on automatic recurring bases, and online payments via PayPal.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re open 7 days weekly: Monday to Friday from 4:30AM to 8:30PM; Saturdays form 8AM to 5PM; and Sundays from 9AM to 1PM.

We operate out of the Indies Event Center, which is located along the Gros Islet Highway in Rodney Bay.

Only Premium and VIP memberships are inclusive of diets, which are otherwise sold separately.

Only Premium and VIP membership packages are inclusive of personal training, which is otherwise sold separately.

Our protocols require that members wear a mask upon entering the gym (wearing a mask during workouts are optional); get temp checked and have their hands sanitized before entry; disinfect equipment before and after use, including benches and mats; bring or rent a towel for use on equipment, benches, mats, etc.; maintain a 6 square foot training space for themselves; do not share equipment; refrain from circuit training as this would require the use of multiple pieces of equipment by one person, which would prevent the simultaneous use of those same pieces by others. We also employ electrostatic disinfection twice daily for good measure.

In the event of a COVID-related lockdown, memberships are placed on hold for the length of the lockdown to ensure that those days are not lost. Membership holds are lifted immediately after the lockdown ends.

Yes! There is a registration fee of $100 for new members. The registration fee is a 1-time payment – you never pay it again.

Our gym pass option is a great way to try our gym without the cost of full membership. Gym passes are $20 each.

Everyone’s different. So the length of time taken to see results vary from person to person – sometimes days, sometimes weeks, sometimes months.

We offer both scheduled and on-demand classes – HIIT & Run, Spinergy, SocaShred, just to name a few. Classes prices range from $15 to $25 but are free for premium and VIP members.

Home training is available by request and on a personal training basis only. Prices vary and depend on the format of training, the number of individuals to be trained, and how many sessions you want to book.

Memberships can be frozen on request, 3 times a year for a maximum of 2 weeks each.

We have three types of personal training formats, each with a different rate: Private/one-on-one personal training which costs $45 per session; Semi-private personal training which involves training 2 to 3 people at the same time and costs $35 per person per session; and small group personal training, which involves training 4 to 6 people at once at a rate of $25 per person per session. There’s a minimum 12 session booking requirement for personal training. The total cost will ultimately depend on the training format of choice and the number of sessions booked.
